Middle school is a BIG transition.
New friends. New pressures. New social dynamics. More phones. More group chats. More comparison. More anxiety about fitting in.
A lot of kids entering junior high or early high school are quietly wondering:
“What if I don’t fit in?”
“What if people don’t like me?”
“What do I even say?”
“How do I handle drama, conflict, or feeling left out?”
Our IRL Group was created to help tweens ages 12–14 build confidence, communication skills, healthy friendships, and real life connection in a world that often feels centered around screens.
This is a supportive space where kids can learn:
• social skills that actually matter
• confidence and self esteem
• healthy boundaries
• communication skills
• how to navigate friendships and peer pressure
• how to feel good online AND offline
And parents, you’re part of this too.
You’ll receive tools and resources to help continue these conversations at home and better support your tween through these important years.
Because sometimes kids do not need another lecture.
They need connection, support, confidence, and a place where they feel understood.
The middle school years can feel overwhelming. They do not have to navigate them alone. 💙
