The Group Chat

$75.00

High school can be exciting, but let’s be honest, it can also feel overwhelming.
Pressure to fit in. Pressure to look a certain way. Pressure to always be available, always respond, always keep up.

Between social media, friendships, dating, group chats, comparison, anxiety, drama, and trying to figure out who you even are, a lot of teens feel exhausted and disconnected even when they are constantly “connected.”

The Group Chat is a group for teens ages 15–17 who want a real space to talk about real life.

We’ll explore:
• confidence and self worth
• friendships and boundaries
• healthy communication
• navigating social media and online pressure
• cyberbullying and what to do when things feel unsafe
• relationships and respect
• handling conflict and drama
• how to talk to parents or trusted adults when life feels overwhelming
• real life connection beyond the screen

This is not a lecture group.
It is a supportive space for honest conversations, practical tools, connection, and learning skills that actually matter in everyday life.

Parents will also receive resources and educational support to help continue conversations at home and better understand what teens are navigating today.

Because teens do not need more judgment.
They need places where they can feel heard, understood, confident, and connected. 💜
