I get it — life with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or social struggles can feel like a nonstop uphill climb. Add in suicidal thoughts or self-harm, and sometimes it feels impossible to carry on. I know, because I live with ADHD myself — and I bring that personal understanding into the therapy room. My job is to sit with you in the hard stuff, help you feel less alone, and show you that healing is possible.
Sitting with me feels like being with an old friend — the kind who listens without judgment and helps you finally breathe a little easier. I use talk therapy, but I also love bringing in sandtray therapy, a creative hands-on way to explore feelings that words don’t always capture. It’s interactive, meaningful, and sometimes even fun.
I’ve been told I have a wicked sense of humor that makes heavy topics a little lighter. Therapy with me doesn’t feel clinical or stiff — it feels human, connected, and real.
