For nearly 20 years, Lacey has dedicated her life to serving the families of Canton, Texas and the surrounding communities. Long before pursuing a career in counseling, she was building meaningful relationships with children, parents, and caregivers in classrooms, schools, and her church—being a steady, trusted presence through milestones, challenges, celebrations, and seasons of change. Caring for people has never simply been a profession; it has been the foundation of her life's work.

Lacey began teaching Pre-K at a private preschool before serving as a special education aide with Canton, Texas ISD. Since becoming a certified teacher in 2015, she has taught students from Pre-K through first grade and currently serves as a special education teacher for students in grades 6–12 at Ranch Academy in Canton, Texas. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of the ways life's challenges shape individuals, relationships, and families, while strengthening her desire to serve others beyond the classroom.

Now pursuing her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Abilene Christian University (ACU), Lacey is expanding a lifelong commitment to caring for the people in her community. As a Graduate Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, she is honored to begin supporting teens, adults, and couples as they strengthen relationships, navigate life's challenges, and communicate with greater understanding and intention.

Joining Erin Williams Counseling is a meaningful next chapter in Lacey's journey of serving East Texas families. She is passionate about helping people experience healthier relationships, deeper connection, and hope that lasting change is possible.
