I support adults, older kids, and teens who feel overwhelmed by trauma, grief, life transitions, or changes in identity. Many clients arrive feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves after difficult experiences. Therapy is a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin moving forward with support.
I help clients process trauma and loss by exploring how these experiences have shaped them and by building emotional safety, clarity, and self-compassion. Healing is not about rushing or fixing what feels broken, but about making sense of the past and developing resilience for the future.
I enjoy supporting women who are rebuilding confidence and self-worth after trauma or loss, as well as older kids and teens navigating big emotions, identity development, and life transitions. I also provide care for individuals impacted by adoption, approaching this work with sensitivity and respect for its complexity.
My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, with a focus on helping clients feel grounded, supported, and empowered in their healing.
