If you’ve been thinking about reaching out, this is a place where you can be real, figure things out, and actually see a shift in how you feel day to day.
Therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest, not perfect. If you’re ready for that, we’re here.

Hey, I’m Elijah

Most people don’t wake up and think, “You know what would be fun today? Therapy.”
They end up here because something isn’t working.
You’re more irritated than you used to be. Or completely checked out. Maybe your mind doesn’t shut off, or you keep having the same argument in different forms with different people. You tell yourself you should be able to handle it, but it’s not getting better.
That’s usually when people reach out.
If you’re looking for a place where you can actually relax a little instead of feeling analyzed, that’s what I focus on first. You’re not walking into a cold, clinical setup where you have to choose your words carefully. You can be blunt. You can be unsure. You can say, “I don’t even know why I’m here,” and we’ll work from that.
I don’t treat people like a checklist or a diagnosis. I pay attention to how you think, how you react, what sets you off, what shuts you down, and what actually matters to you. Some days you might need direct feedback. Other days you might just need space to sort through what’s been building up. We adjust in real time based on what’s actually helpful, not what sounds good on paper.
I know what I’m doing, but I’m not going to sit there and make it feel complicated or intimidating. Most people end up saying some version of, “This is a lot easier than I thought it would be.” The space feels calm, steady, and real. When everything in your life feels loud or tangled, we slow it down and figure out what’s actually going on instead of just reacting to it.
Here’s how it usually goes:
You come in with whatever you’ve got, half-formed thoughts, frustration, things you haven’t said out loud before, or even nothing specific at all. I help you sort through it, connect patterns you probably haven’t noticed, and get clear on what’s actually driving how you feel and respond. From there, we start making changes that show up in your real life, not just in the room.
No overcomplicating it. No talking in circles.
I work with men, teens, and young adults who are dealing with:
Stress that doesn’t shut off
Feeling numb, unmotivated, or stuck
Relationship issues that keep repeating
Big life shifts that throw everything off
The pressure to look fine on the outside while it’s not fine underneath
