A partner for parents who are feeling stuck.

Therapy with me isn’t about forcing conversations—it’s about creating a space where connection happens naturally. I also support parents through this process, offering clear communication, collaborative support, and tools that make a difference at home.

In addition to my clinical work, I serve as the Director of Community Engagement here at Erin Williams Counseling. That role gives me the chance to let my never-meet-a-stranger personality shine. I love collaborating with local businesses, schools, and organizations to bring creative opportunities and mental health resources to kids and teens throughout Van Zandt County.

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me hanging out with friends, attending my siblings’ sports events, or helping out with their day-to-day. Being a big sister is one of my favorite roles in life. And let’s be honest—there’s a 100% chance I have an iced coffee in my hand (I basically keep Fire Grounds in business).

My journey into mental health work was shaped by personal experiences, including the loss of my older brother at age 12 and the healing I found through therapy during my own struggles with anxiety, depression, and grief. That experience opened my heart to this work—and continues to guide how I show up for the families I serve.

Hi, I’m Zoe.

I’m so glad you’re here. Really.

If you’re a parent who’s exhausted, overwhelmed, or feeling stuck trying to help your child—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure this out by yourself.

I work with kids and teens who are struggling at school, at home, or sometimes both. Whether it’s big emotions, anxiety, defiance, ADHD, grief, depression, or just feeling like something’s not quite right—I help kids find ways to express what’s going on underneath the surface. And I help parents get some answers, direction, and relief.

When we work together, I create a space where your child feels safe, seen, and genuinely understood. My therapy room has fidget toys, art supplies, games—and yes, even video games—because therapy shouldn’t feel like punishment. It should feel like hope.

And for you, the parent who’s been carrying the weight of trying to “fix it” alone—I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to breathe, regroup, and get a plan. We’ll collaborate together to figure out what’s going on and what your child actually needs to thrive—not just in sessions, but in real life.

I’m proud to be the go-to therapist for parents in Canton, Texas who are looking for real, lasting support for their children. Whether you’re at the beginning of your journey or deep in the trenches, you’re in the right place.

You don’t have to do this alone anymore.

I’d be honored to walk alongside you and your child as you take this next step toward healing and growth—as individuals and as a family.

More about me.
